  We've put our cat Thomas in for boarding on a couple of occasions. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Thomas comes back happy and well looked after.

  Such a loving and nurturing kennel. Our dogs have always loved their stays here. The staff sincerely care for your pets and the property is so welcoming and warm. Our 5 month old puppy just stayed for a week and was happy and healthy when we returned. We love this kennel.

  Great service, had to organise for our little dog to stay here. We were in Tasmania at the time. Everything done by phone, they even picked her up from home..

  Best place for our dog when we go on holidays. He is always happy to go here and always happy when we pick him up.

  We board cats here. Amazing, can't speak highly enough. Always a positive experience. No request is too much at the Pet Chalet. They take time to treat your pet individually and cater to special needs. We have boarded cats with Pet Chalet on and off for over a year now, it's worth the drive to Brookfield for us as we can go away and completely relax knowing our pets are professionally and expertly cared for and loved. The Pet Chalet continues to impress us with how well our cats are looked after including if they have eaten, toileted, and they will substitute food until they find something the cats are happy with if they don't think our cats have eaten and more. Consider yourself lucky if you board your pet here. You can go away and relax knowing your pet is 100% loved and cared for like you'd do it yourself.

  My healthy and happy dog came home from a week at this kennel with diarrhea and then started vomiting. He was scared and timid! We had our vet at the house who had to give him an injection to stop the nausea and antibiotics. He had clearly picked up an infection. He had lost a lot of weight! Clearly my dog was not cared for correctly, although the staff failed to call us and let us know that our dog was not eating and was not coping well. Will never use this kennel again!!

  DECIDED TO BOARD OUR DOG HERE ON A RECOMMENDATION FROM A FRIEND. WE WERE A BIT WORRIED AS THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME SHE HAD BEEN BOARDED AND AS SHE IS A RESCUE DOG I WAS A BIT WORRIED IN CASE SHE THOUGHT SHE MAY OF BEEN ABANDONED AGAIN. AFTER DROPPING HER OFF WHICH WAS OK I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL LATER THAT AFTERNOON TO LET ME KNOW SHE HAD SETTLED IN OK AND WAS SHARING WITH A BOARDER COLLIE.PICKED HER UP TODAY AND SHE WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE US BUT SHE WAS VERY ENERGETIC AND HER USUAL SELF NO TAIL DOWN OR LOOKING WORRIED EVERYONE I DELT WITH THERE WAS VERY NICE AND I WILL HAVE NO HESITATION IN TAKING HER THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING IT TO OTHER PEOPLE.
